Driver Recruiting Program
We have developed what we believe to be the best program in the industry to obtain driver leads on a daily basis. The program is designed specifically for our small carriers from 3 trucks to over 100 truck fleets. We recruit hundreds of driver applications each month from all over the nation.
Driver Applicant Criteria includes:
- 25 years of age
- Minimum 2 years experience
- Class A CDL
- Past 3 year ticket and accident history
- Present or Previous Employment History
- Name, Address, Phone Number, Birth date
- Optional information on trailer experience and position desired, etc.
This is a program we offer our members to help them find drivers by simply giving us a call. No contracts or applications required.
When you are on the program and there is an applicant in your area, we will fax it to you immediately. You will be charged $5 for each applicant up to a maximum per month depending on the size of your company.
A click on/click off program, no contracts required
The program is designed as a click on/click off program. When you need a driver, give us a call. We’ll put you on the program immediately.
When you’ve hired all the drivers you need, call us back and we’ll take you off the program right then. You can go on and off thru the year, as you need to fill those driver positions.
Never turn another haul away again
You may also opt to stay on the program indefinitely and start a driver file, keeping current applicants available to you at all times. When you suddenly find yourself without a driver, the current applicants can help to expedite a replacement immediately.
