Entarus
First Degree Solutions, LLC offers the fleet manager multiple solutions with our Entarus suite. Fleet managers may license and install Entarus or Entarus Enterprise to run within their computer network. Alternatively, users access Entarus SaaS via a standard web browser, eliminating the need to install and administer any desktop software or browser plug ins on users' computers.
Preventive Maintenance Forecasting
Automated Preventive Maintenance (PM) scheduling and tracking are key components to any fleet maintenance solution. Entarus enables you define a PM classification, a grouping of vehicles that follow the same schedule of preventive maintenance tasks. You define a task to have a maintenance interval that is a specified amount of usage or number of days. All vehicles assigned to a PM classification will have a forecast of PM tasks based on the schedule and its unique usage pattern.
Repair History
This module records maintenance and repair history as work orders. Aside from the details of work performed and the parts used, the work order contains information as to the original intent of the work order. Using the vehicle's normal hours of operation, Entarus is able to compute the vehicle's downtime, the amount of time that it was unavailable for use.

Part Warranty Recovery
Entarus enables the trucking company owner to track warranties for replacement parts. The warranty terms are recorded with the part when it is added to the work order. If work is performed on the component within the warranty terms, the Entarus generates messages to indicate that an "under warranty" conditions exists. Our solution provides you with the necessary information to recover the warranty.
