Driver Qualification Maintenance

NASTC’s Driver Qualification Maintenance Program will allow you to concentrate on managing your trucking company instead of being burdened with managing your drivers’ files.    Our service keeps your drivers on the road while saving you time and costs in office personnel.

We verify with you that all of the essential items are in the files.  We send you several alerts to ensure that expired items are replenished thus decreasing your exposure to risk.  Please call to discuss this service with Angel at 800-264-8580.

Driver Qualification Files

Let NASTC build you a complete Driver Qualification File for your new driver.  Includes motor vehicle record, drug screen (if enrolled in NASTC’s program), all background history, etc. – a total file meeting FMCSA recordkeeping requirements and guidelines.

Log Auditing Program

NASTC’s Log Auditing Program begins with a manual check for falsifications.  Each driver’s daily log is examined alongside their fuel report.  We then run it through our software to discover hours of service violations and form and manner errors.  We will send you a violation summary as well as comprehensive reports of each driver’s inaccuracies.  You may request personalized letters for your drivers at no extra charge.  Please call Angel at 800-264-8580 to discuss this service.

BOC3 Filing

A BOC-3 is a U. S. federal filing that designates legal agents upon which process may be served.  BOC stands for "blanket of coverage" and it typically assigns a person or business in each of the 50 US states to receive and forward legal documents.

NASTC has a solid list of attorneys in all 50 states that is continuously updated and monitored to make sure your company is well-represented in the event you must be served.  Our list of Process Agents is a live, viable group that will be able to respond to any papers your company might be served.  Our price is $69.00.

CSA Reviews

It is imperative that motor carriers review their safety ratings and information found on the Compliance-Safety-Accountability website.  The FMCSA uses the CSA data to determine which carriers are in need of intervention; insurance companies use the data to determine underwriting and premium prices; and shippers use the data to hire carriers with excellent safety ratings.  NASTC offers an overview of your CSA/SMS scores, status of Registration & Authority, and DOT’s required filings including MCS-150, Insurance, Agents for Process.  We can provide excellent analysis of where the FMCSA believes their level of registration and safety performance levels to be, as well as whether to expect an upcoming visit by an auditor.  Forewarned is forearmed.
